Highgrove Estate
The white-columned entry, red brick patio, and carefully manicured gardens at Highgrove Estate are only the beginning of what makes this Raleigh wedding location lovely. A bridal suite and private rooms are available for the wedding party to get ready for the big day, and catering comes as part of customized wedding packages. Access to the estate’s grounds, including the house and patios overlooking Laurel Lake, is available to guests for the duration of your celebration and receptions are held in the chandelier-lit garden ballroom.
The Carolina Inn
Another area venue bordering on landmark is The Carolina Inn, which was established in 1924 and has been hosting weddings for nearly 80 years. Intimate courtyards and quiet parlors are all part of the location, and the inn’s two ballrooms are perfect for dancing the night away.
The Stockroom
We’ll be honest: we love The Stockroom. The wood flooring, the worn brick walls, the high ceilings and accompanying exposed rafters – it’s the kind of venue we dream about. Intimate, inviting, and packed with character, the space is ideal for weddings of any style, whether you’re leaning towards modern, rustic, or anything in between. Bonus: the downtown location is beyond convenient for guests making travel plans.
